MeyerWorks, LLC is a locally owned and organically grown real estate firm dedicated to delivering knock-your-socks-off service to buyers, sellers, and commercial lease clients through top-notch analytic processes and creative marketing strategy.

After many successful years as a husband-and-wife team, Lisa has retired from active real estate practice, while Jim continues to lead MeyerWorks with the same passion and expertise that have defined the firm since day one.

Jim earned the prestigious REALTOR® of the Year award in 2018 from the Columbia Board of REALTORS® (CBOR), served as CBOR President in 2017, and chaired the Government Affairs Committee for several years. A former City Councilwoman for Columbia’s 2nd Ward, Lisa also served on the CBOR Finance Committee. Together, Jim and Lisa have attended numerous National Association of REALTORS® conferences and remain actively involved as volunteers with local non-profit organizations.

The strong foundation they built together — combined formal education (BBA, BA, MBA) and industry certifications including Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES), and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) — continues to drive the exceptional service and results MeyerWorks clients have come to expect.
